From strategy to operations
Mitwill Textiles develops and implements operational textile projects.
Our experience comes from building businesses, managing production and sourcing, developing markets and turning ideas into successful industrial and commercial operations.
Mitwill Textiles AG created Mitwill Textiles Europe SARL in France, an international textile trading and production company combining a worldwide sourcing network, an international community of textile designers and a textile printing microfactory based in Alsace.
This operational experience gives us a very practical understanding of the textile value chain — from design and sourcing to production, technology, logistics and market access.

Bringing textile production closer to Europe
One of our core areas of expertise is the relocalisation of textile production in Europe, while maintaining the benefits of international sourcing.
We believe in a new European textile model built around local production combined with a strong Euro-Mediterranean and international sourcing network.
The objective is to create shorter, more flexible and more resilient supply chains for European consumers.
Connecting a fragmented industry
Textiles have an exceptionally complex value chain: fibres, yarns, weaving, knitting, dyeing, printing, finishing, garment manufacturing, logistics and recycling involve companies of very different sizes.
New technologies, digitalisation and artificial intelligence can make these flows more efficient.
We combine traditional textile expertise with emerging technologies to develop affordable, accessible solutions for small and medium-sized manufacturers.
Rethinking textile recycling
The next major shift in textiles will come from recycling.
Recycling needs to become smarter, more local and more flexible. Rather than relying mainly on centralised facilities, we see an opportunity for smaller-scale solutions that fit into local textile ecosystems.
By design, recycling, reuse and repair strategies will become a part of the textile value chain.
